Welcome to SleepFit SG (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Neurobit Technologies Pte Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"). These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including any content, information, products or services made available through the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service

 

The Service is a sleep health program that includes a sleep questionnaire, sleep coach, and sleep biomarker tracker. The Service is intended to help users improve their sleep and overall well-being.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SleepFit SG, a SleepFit SG employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by SleepFit SG, may harm SleepFit SG or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including for any use of the Service that is in violation of these Terms.

 

Your Data

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should not share your account information with anyone, and you should protect your password and other account information at all times.

We do not share personal data with external parties and will only use your data for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our service. We will not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

We may use your data to send you promotional materials or other information that we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us.

Account Deletion and Data Retention

To request account deletion, kindly e-mail us at support@neurobit.com. Ensure that you refer to Sleepfit SG, our app name, and Neurobit Technologies, our publisher's name, as displayed on our Google Play Store listing. Follow the provided instructions to initiate the deletion process, including necessary account details. Upon deletion, personal information, app usage data, and user-generated content associated with your account will be permanently removed, except for any data subject to additional retention periods as outlined in our policy.

Changes to the Service

 

We may change, discontinue, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

We also make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information provided through the Service.
