SleepFit SG offers personalized sleep assessments, sleep tracking, and personalized recommendations to improve sleep. This allows you to identify the root causes of your sleep issues and create a tailored plan to address them.

SleepFit SG uses AI and clinically validated technologies, to ensure that you are getting the most accurate and reliable information about your sleep. The program is delivered digitally, so you can fit the program into your busy schedule. 


Step - 1


The program kickstarts with a personalized sleep questionnaire, which will give us an insight into your sleep needs and habits. After that, one of our certified sleep coaches will reach out to you for a 10-minute phone call to get a clear understanding of your goals and motivation. We will guide you every step of the way and explain what to expect throughout the program, ensuring that you are fully equipped to achieve your sleep goals.


Step - 2

Establish Baseline

During this step, you will take 3 to 7 sleep tests using our proprietary, comfortable and advanced SleepFit chest-worn sleep tracker. The tracker is designed to measure more than 30 sleep biomarkers, including sleep, respiratory, and cardiac health. This provides a comprehensive view of your sleep patterns and any issues affecting your sleep.

Step - 3


The "Optimize" step is where the coach provides personalized interventions and suggestions to help you improve your sleep. We use scientifically proven techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you change your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that negatively impact your sleep. You will be referred to a doctor for further evaluation if we suspect a sleep disorder. We will provide additional support by sending intervention items such as a weighted blanket, humidifier, or melatonin strips to help create a more conducive sleep environment. This step aims to help you achieve better sleep by addressing the root causes of your sleep issues and providing you with the tools and resources you need to optimize your sleep.

Step - 4


You will continue to use the sleep tracker to observed if the interventions are working. The coach will analyze the data provided by the tracker and compare it to your baseline and previous sleep data; this will allow us to identify any areas where you are making progress, as well as any areas that need further improvement. Based on the results of the measure step, the coach will make adjustments to the program and provide additional personalized interventions and suggestions to optimize your sleep. This "optimize and measure" cycle will continue until you reach your sleep goals. SleepFit 360 is flexible enough to include as many sessions as needed to achieve the results you desire.

1 / Are there any side effects to the SleepFit SG program?

No significant side effects are expected from the SleepFit SG program. If you experience discomfort, please get in touch with your sleep coach; they will adjust the program as needed. Before starting the program, consult with your doctor if you have a pre-existing condition.

2 / What kind of sleep tracker is SleepFit?

The SleepFit tracker is a clinically validated chest-worn heart rate monitor to accurately measure your sleep, respiration and cardiac health. The device is small and non-intrusive. 

3 / Can I use my Apple Watch or other off-the-shelf sleep tracker instead?

While an Apple Watch or other off-the-shelf sleep trackers may track your sleep stages, the SleepFit SG program requires more than just sleep stages to make informed decisions about your sleep. Our sleep tracker measures more than 30 sleep biomarkers across sleep, respiratory, and cardiac health. These biomarkers are clinically validated and have demonstrated high accuracy and reliability. Moreover, SleepFit SG's coach will provide personalized interventions and suggestions which is not possible with off-the-shelf sleep trackers.

The SleepFit SG program is designed to help you improve your sleep and overall well-being, and most people start seeing improvements within 3 weeks of starting the program. However, it's important to remember that everyone's journey is unique, and it may take longer for some individuals to see results.

6 / What is SleepFit SG's refund policy?

We are confident that the SleepFit SG program can help improve your sleep and overall well-being, but we understand that it may not be suitable for everyone. That's why we offer a refund policy for our program. Our program starts at a highly affordable $199. After the baseline establishment, you can request a refund if the program is not working for you. We provide an unconditional refund after deducting a $49 administrative fee. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and they will assist you with the process. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the program and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
